Laboratory Governance
Analytical chemistry, microbiological control, and tropical stability protocols.
Our planned Quality Control division is structured into specialized physical-chemical, instrumental, and microbiological laboratories that operate independently from manufacturing management. No starting material is intended to enter dispensing, and no finished batch is intended to leave quarantine, without written authorization from designated quality personnel.
Starting Material & Packaging Verification
Incoming active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and primary packaging materials are planned to undergo quarantine upon arrival, followed by identity confirmation, physical inspection, and pharmacopoeial specification testing prior to release for formulation.
In-Process & Finished Dosage Controls
During formulation and packaging, scheduled in-process checks monitor weight uniformity, hardness, friability, disintegration, fill volume, and blister seal integrity. Finished batch testing protocols encompass chemical assay, dissolution profiling, content uniformity, and impurity screening.
Climate-Specific Stability Programs
Because Vientiane and the wider Mekong region experience high ambient temperatures and elevated monsoon humidity, we work to design stability chambers and real-time retention studies calibrated for hot and humid climatic conditions. These studies guide our choice of moisture-barrier blister films and protective secondary cartons.
